To achieve in life "don't step out of your comfort zone". Achieve without stress by expanding your comfort zone - your subconscious mind. These blog site articles show you how!
Looks great, gives a really good insight to what you are about. I went to a 3 hour talk at the Coffs Ex Services and thoroughly enjoyed it and bought some wonderful cds for meditation. I enjoy reading all your newsletters and look forward to doing some of your seminars as I get more time in the near future. Kind Regards Michelle
Flicking through this blog I have just taken the time to watch the "Australian Story" piece again on the YouTube link. Although I have seen it before, and although I am conversant with the story, it was motivational to see it again. I have attended Sandy's seminars and used the techniques he teaches to set goals, solve problems, clarify complicated sets of facts and clarify my mind before taking action.
Years ago, at a seminar, I set some deeply held and deeply desired goals with the encouragement of Sandy. One by one these have all come to pass and the important thing was that they did not come about because I had to discipline myself to move in the direction of my goals. They came about because, in the meditative technique taught by Sandy, they were just set into my sub conscious mind and I moved in the direction of the goals automatically. I did not have to think consciously about them day to day. There was a time when one of the goals seemed to be eluding me and, consciously, I thought, 'Well, I got most of them, so that's okay.' But, just recently, that goal too has fallen into place. Looking back over events now I can see that my actions were actually working towards that goal and so, when the opportunity for the goal to be completed finally arose, I was ready, willing and able to grasp it with both hands.
I am a Civil Engineer, a retired Australian Army Colonel and was awarded the Military Cross and American Bronze Star for my unit being the first to clear Vietnam’s Cu Chi Tunnels. I commanded the Original Tunnel Rats. Being lucky I learned a mind technique from my son who had already used it to help his own Asthma and to save his own leg from amputation. I applied it to weight release – 49 pounds (22 Kgms) and to controlling my blood pressure. Finding my real inner strength after the tragic murder of my three daughters was fortuatous because I used these same techniques. Now as a best-selling author of 6 books, multiple CDs and DVDs I am passionate about teaching these scientifically proven mind techniques benefiting hundreds of thousands over the last 20 years.
